Broken

If your item is damaged in transit it is covered by Route Package Protection. A broken product is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.

Cosmetic Damage

If your item is shipped with cosmetic damage, contact Customer Care for additional assistance. Cosmetic damage includes but is not limited to: any noticeable damage to the item that does not affect its function. This may include dents, scratches, nicks, or chips.
